Manage and maintain show or sequence schedules, coordinate with producers, supervisors, and vendors, track shot progress in ILM tracking tools, organize dailies and reviews, troubleshoot basic technical issues across Linux/Windows/macOS, and support production bidding, crewing, and deliveries. May include location work, vendor oversight, and overtime as needed.

Create complex character, creature and digi-double models for VFX using Maya and ZBrush. Collaborate with TDs, animators and supervisors, bid and schedule model builds, mentor junior modelers, meet production deadlines, and adapt to proprietary tools and new techniques.

The Production Assistant provides administrative and technical support to the production team, assists with scheduling, and organizes resources for meetings and reviews. Duties include managing communications, maintaining schedules, and overseeing supply orders.
