Leads the creation of 3D creatures, characters, props, and objects for feature-film production. Collaborates with supervisors, animators, technical directors, and production teams to establish visual direction, solve technical challenges, review asset work, and support scheduling and assignments. Uses anatomy, sculpting, illustration, reference materials, 3D scans, and 2D artwork to deliver authentic digital models and character designs.

The Production Assistant provides administrative and technical support to the production team, assists with scheduling, and organizes resources for meetings and reviews. Duties include managing communications, maintaining schedules, and overseeing supply orders.

Lead look development and shading for CG assets, create and maintain materials and shading networks, collaborate with lighting and CG supervisors, optimize render setups, mentor junior artists, write shaders/plugins and use scripting to solve technical challenges, ensuring shots meet creative and schedule requirements.
