Supports Disney’s corporate tax technology and data strategy through platform sustainment, data validation, automation, reporting, testing, issue resolution, controls, documentation, and project execution. The role works with Tax, Finance, IT, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve tax data quality, reduce manual processes, maintain compliance, and deliver scalable solutions using tax platforms, automation tools, analytics technologies, and AI-enabled applications.

Manages Disney’s tax data platforms, including ONESOURCE, Vertex, and related systems. Leads tax technology implementations, data pipelines, ERP integrations, automation, ETL, reporting improvements, governance, controls, and audit readiness. Coordinates requirements, testing, deployment, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with tax, finance, IT, and vendors. Uses Alteryx, Power Platform, Python, SQL, and AI tools to improve tax process efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

The Production Assistant provides administrative and technical support to the production team, assists with scheduling, and organizes resources for meetings and reviews. Duties include managing communications, maintaining schedules, and overseeing supply orders.
