Performs system integration, commissioning, testing, transfer, support, and start-up activities at customer sites. Ensures sonar system functionality meets customer schedules, documents lessons learned, and updates technical support resources to promote continuous improvement.

Responsible for designing and implementing operating conditions for SONAR systems and products. Defines and implements processes, organizational structures, and tools needed to launch services, while ensuring operating cost estimates remain aligned with budgets. The role coordinates technical and operational planning to support successful service delivery within scope and cost objectives.

Lead regional sales strategy and roadmap, drive customer relationships and account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams to win bids, manage and develop sales teams, mitigate risks, and deliver revenue, pipeline growth, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
