Manage marketing budgets, trackers, and operational documentation; improve CRM and contact data quality; organize campaign assets and timelines; support reporting and GA4 analysis; update website pages via CMS; and provide administrative and process-improvement support to the marketing team.

Provide global client support for Termgrid's Portfolio product, manage client portfolio data and onboarding, produce usage insights for QBRs, maintain knowledge base, resolve client inquiries with Account Managers, and liaise with Product and Engineering on client-driven product improvements.

Manage and grow a 6-12 engineer team across frontend, backend, and platform. Own delivery processes, roadmap alignment, hiring, engineering best practices, incident response, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable fintech software.
