Processes sales and purchase order requests, validates documentation, secures required approvals, submits and releases purchase orders to vendors, and clears queues within SLA. Follows up on vendor order status and delivery timelines, coordinates requirements with logistics, and maintains accurate records. The role requires strong data entry, communication, attention to detail, basic mathematics, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.

Drives inside sales for service renewals, product support, and other resold services. Engages customers, channel partners, vendors, and internal sales teams to generate revenue, meet targets, maintain a quality pipeline, prepare quotes and booking reports, process order documentation, and pursue customer payments within credit terms.

Manages supplier and channel-partner relationships while executing sales strategies and the complete sales cycle. Responsibilities include developing vendor initiatives, managing credit, orders, collections, pipelines, forecasts, and inventory, expanding market opportunities, coaching partners, supporting deal closure, and coordinating product and technical training. The role requires frequent travel, occasional overtime or on-call availability, and work across office and distribution-center environments.
