The Director, L&D & Transformation leads development and execution of learning and capability strategies, aligning them with business goals to drive workforce performance and transformation across APJC.

Own supplier and partner relationships and the full sales cycle to maximize revenue and gross profit. Develop and implement supplier-specific initiatives, engage channel partners, manage credit/order processing and AR collections, and drive operational excellence through pipeline management, forecasting, and inventory control to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsible for executing supplier strategy, managing full sales cycle, and enhancing customer satisfaction through relationship building and operational excellence.
