Lead AI-integrated project delivery across client implementations, site builds, and strategic initiatives. Create and maintain project plans, run stakeholder syncs, track milestones/actions, validate workflows, drive process automation using generative AI tools, and manage cross-geo teams and client expectations to deliver outcomes and continuous improvements.

The Quality Manager monitors program metrics, conducts quality audits, provides insights, and implements service and process improvements to ensure operational excellence.
