Handle inbound calls and chat messages from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans. Gather and accurately enter trip details for non-emergency medical transportation, confirm eligibility, answer service inquiries, assess additional needs, document complaints, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve real-time issues. The role requires empathy, professionalism, strong communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, accurate typing, and adaptability in a high-volume environment.

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications using React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS. Design responsive interfaces, secure REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures. Contribute to system design, architecture, performance optimization, security, technical reviews, and technology selection. Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable, maintainable software solutions.

Lead workforce management operations including forecasting, scheduling, intraday adherence, capacity planning, and reporting. Manage WFM team, optimize staffing to meet service levels, partner with operations and HR, and use WFM tools and analytics to drive performance and efficiency.
