Lead employee engagement, events, CSR, and site culture across multiple sites. Manage calendars, budgets, site communications, social media, and collaborate with site leadership to plan and deliver engagement activities and measure outcomes.

Lead site-wide product training initiatives, select and develop Training Managers/Supervisors, design curriculum, deliver TL and TM development programs, maintain training materials, align training to campaign and business objectives, publish annual training calendar, and implement testing tools, policies, and evaluation methods to ensure quality and campaign mastery.

Provide outsourced digital customer experience and support for fast-growing technology clients, follow client and company processes, maintain service quality, participate in training, and work collaboratively within TaskUs's inclusive culture while pursuing internal mobility and professional growth.
