Leads Takeda India’s ethics and compliance program, translating global and regional priorities into country execution. Advises senior leadership on ethical decision-making, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Oversees risk assessments, controls, training, communications, monitoring, investigations support, remediation, escalation, and local compliance committees. Leads and develops local E&C resources while promoting integrity, accountability, speak-up culture, and continuous improvement across the India organization.

Retains and expands key client relationships through account planning, customer service, issue resolution, proposals, and quotations. Independently manages projects and processes, analyzes customer and business data, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders. The role also coaches junior professionals, may lead small project teams, and applies sales, forecasting, business development, and relationship-management skills.
