Remote-focused sales role targeting new mid-size hotel group accounts. Develop and execute prospecting strategies, build pipeline, negotiate contracts, onboard new customers, and manage existing account relationships. Collaborate with field and corporate teams, use CRM and analytics to track opportunities and performance, and travel to client meetings, trade shows, and events.

Leads global FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and performance insights. Owns the Vena FP&A platform, improves planning processes and data governance, supports reporting workflows, and guides FP&A team members. Partners with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and functional leaders to provide analysis, recommendations, and decision support. Requires strong financial modeling, enterprise planning platform, communication, stakeholder support, and process improvement capabilities.

Supports commercial teams through financial analysis, KPI reporting, forecasting, scenario modeling, profitability analysis, pricing support, business cases, and long-term planning. Partners with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to evaluate growth initiatives, communicate financial insights, improve margins, and guide sound commercial decisions. Leads annual operating plans and forecast updates while building cross-functional relationships and presenting performance trends, risks, and recommended mitigations.
