The role collaborates with clients, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders while building expertise in accounting, lending operations, and functional consulting.

Manage end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee records, lifecycle processes, grievances, and engagement. The role coordinates with employees, managers, vendors, and payroll teams; maintains HR documentation and reports; supports PF, ESIC, NATS, benefits enrollment, attendance, exits, settlements, and HRMS updates.

Edit long-form business podcasts into short-form social content (Reels, Shorts), add captions/graphics, repurpose insights for LinkedIn/Instagram/YouTube, assist content scheduling, monitor engagement, and support social growth using editing and AI tools.
