Coordinates client-facing FinTech implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, documenting business requirements, maintaining project plans and trackers, coordinating internal teams, tracking milestones and risks, supporting configuration, data validation, testing, UAT, training, onboarding, issue resolution, and project reporting.

Manage daily accounting, billing, invoicing, financial records, receivables, payments, bank reconciliation, reporting, GST and TDS compliance, audit support, and statutory documentation. The role also coordinates with clients, banks, internal teams, and external stakeholders while helping improve accounting processes.

Manage end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee records, lifecycle processes, grievances, and engagement. The role coordinates with employees, managers, vendors, and payroll teams; maintains HR documentation and reports; supports PF, ESIC, NATS, benefits enrollment, attendance, exits, settlements, and HRMS updates.
