Lead creative strategy and written content for a food and beverage media platform. Manage content calendars, collaborate with production teams, cover Mumbai’s culinary scene, attend food events, build industry relationships, monitor Instagram performance, and mentor creative team members.

Own post-sales relationships with restaurant partners, leading onboarding, product adoption, training, performance reviews, issue resolution, and retention. Drive measurable ROI, feature usage, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and portfolio expansion. Analyze partner data, identify churn risks, coordinate with internal teams, and provide structured product feedback. The role requires regular partner engagement, including on-ground visits, and collaboration with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Support teams.

Write and maintain website, landing-page, product, UI/UX, and in-app copy for Servd and Swiggy. Develop pitches, presentations, campaigns, emailers, social posts, city-page carousels, and LinkedIn content while supporting brand voice initiatives. The role requires versatile writing, strong grammar, tone modulation, simplification of complex ideas, stakeholder collaboration, and comfort with fast-paced deadlines.
