Administer and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches, including installation, configuration, IOS upgrades, routing, switching, and password recovery. Monitor network performance and system availability, provide Level 2 support within SLA targets, coordinate with vendors and IT personnel, and work rotating day and night shifts. Required expertise includes BGP, VLAN, VTP, STP, inter-VLAN routing, HSRP, and device stacking.

Design and produce client-ready pitchbooks, proposals, infographics, and presentation materials using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Manage intake, prioritize deadlines, maintain brand standards, incorporate feedback, and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely deliverables for corporate stakeholders.
