Conduct credit research on issuers and fixed-income investments, including high-yield bonds, leveraged loans, and structured products. Build financial models, assess business risks, catalysts, covenants, capital structures, and relative value, and develop investment recommendations. Write credit reports and defend conclusions to portfolio managers. Monitor portfolio positions, market developments, and relevant news while collaborating with senior analysts and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Leads private equity portfolio value creation and operational improvement initiatives. Assesses company performance, identifies growth and efficiency opportunities, executes revenue, pricing, sales, cost, working capital, and operations programs, and tracks impact against investment cases. Partners with portfolio-company CEOs, CFOs, and functional leaders, establishes KPIs and governance, and supports 100-day planning, portfolio monitoring, and exit readiness.

Executes business consulting projects involving market research, data analysis, insight generation, and report preparation. Manages mid-sized projects or major project modules, leads junior analysts, communicates with clients, and supports thought leadership, marketing, business development, proposals, knowledge management, and people development.
