Own GTM strategic planning across territory design, segmentation, target setting, and capacity planning. Build planning data systems using HubSpot, BigQuery, Hex, and Hightouch; translate company priorities into field execution; define performance metrics; lead planning tooling and process improvements; and collaborate with Sales, Success, Marketing, Finance, Partnerships, Product, Talent Acquisition, and GTM Engineering. The role requires strong SQL skills, product-led growth knowledge, and experience with revenue operations or sales strategy in B2B SaaS.

Lead Supabase’s presence on Twitter by creating developer-focused content, engaging in technical conversations, representing the company at events and podcasts, gathering developer feedback, and collaborating with DevRel, New Media, engineering, product, and marketing teams on launches. The role requires an established, engaged Twitter following, strong technical credibility, excellent writing, and confidence representing the company publicly.

Provide billing support to technical customers across EMEA, resolving payment failures, invoice issues, extensions, disputes, and usage questions. Triage and escalate cases, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, identify recurring problems, improve support workflows, and contribute to tooling, product enhancements, issue reproduction, and test coverage in a distributed async environment.
