Leads IT staffing and recruitment business development, acquiring enterprise clients and managing strategic accounts. Owns sales strategy, pipeline, negotiations, proposals, revenue targets, and client retention. Oversees recruitment delivery teams, monitors SLAs and performance, and coordinates with operations, finance, and leadership to drive staffing closures, growth, margins, and customer satisfaction.

Generate and qualify US staffing business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking. Acquire and manage direct clients, prime vendors, Tier-1 vendors, and MSP accounts. Build relationships, negotiate rates and contracts, coordinate requirements with recruiting teams, track submissions and placements, maintain CRM records, and achieve revenue targets while working the US night shift.
