Manage warehouse infrastructure, 3PL partner selection, vendor onboarding, contracts, sourcing, audits, and performance compliance. Oversee warehouse construction, layouts, equipment installation, procurement, cost analysis, and savings initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to align infrastructure and sourcing plans with business objectives while ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate warehousing, distribution, transportation, customer service, and full order-cycle logistics across multiple warehouses. Liaise with clients, transporters, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders; resolve client queries; support supply chain operations; and maintain warehousing documentation and reports.

Manage sales data entry, records, reports, databases, and performance metrics. Support and guide the sales team, monitor performance, coordinate with internal teams, maintain documentation, identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and present reports to management. The role requires warehousing sales experience, strong Excel skills, leadership, organization, accuracy, communication, English and Hindi proficiency, and a personal laptop.
