Lead secured financing operations for repo/reverse repo and related products, overseeing confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, netting validation, wires, and exception management. Manage global stakeholders and multi-location teams, enforce risk and control practices, drive process improvements, support triparty/FICC/bilateral flows, and ensure timely, accurate settlement execution and reporting.

Manage end-to-end processing of secured financing (repo/reverse repo) transactions including confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, netting validation, exception handling, and stakeholder communication. Ensure accurate collateral allocations, DDA balances, and timely wire execution while driving operational controls and efficiency.

The Securities Lending Manager oversees securities lending and collateral management, ensuring process efficiency, SLA compliance, and risk management while leading a team. They facilitate communication между teams and drive process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
