Perform daily cash, non-cash and securities reconciliation including stock lending/borrowing; investigate and assign trade breaks; liaise with trading desks and counterparties to resolve discrepancies using reconciliation tools and recommend process improvements.

Lead due-diligence governance and upfront deal setup in CLM, coordinate cross-functional readiness (billing, legal, RM, MDM), validate master data and AML/KYC follow-ups, surface escalations and reporting, and drive process improvements to reduce billing risk and cycle times.

Lead global Agency Lending operations overseeing trade capture, settlement, reconciliations, and collateral management. Ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate operational and counterparty risk, manage stakeholder relationships, coach operations teams, and drive process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
