Leads the global Financing and Portfolio Solutions operations organization of approximately 250 professionals. Oversees post-trade support, operational governance, risk controls, vendor relationships, regulatory programs, data governance, model risk, and transformation initiatives. Partners with technology, business, risk, finance, legal, compliance, and corporate teams to modernize platforms, improve resiliency, optimize costs, and deliver scalable financing and portfolio solutions operations. Builds global leadership talent and represents Markets on enterprise steering committees.

Manage enterprise learning and talent technology, primarily LMS platforms and supporting LXPs. Responsibilities include platform configuration, administration, integrations, migrations, release management, data analysis, reporting, governance, content curation, and learner-experience optimization. The role partners with HR, learning, IT, technology teams, and external providers to execute learning technology strategy, implement solutions, and support global projects and ongoing operations.

Oversee mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, dividend events, entitlement calculations, elections, settlements, reconciliations, and adjustments for equity swaps portfolios. Investigate breaks, resolve processing issues, execute controls, escalate risks, and coordinate with Trading, Swap Operations, Stock Loan, Custody, and Risk teams. Provide subject-matter expertise, decision support, and coaching to junior staff while ensuring accurate, controlled, and audit-ready processing.

Lead secured finance operations for repo/reverse repo: manage confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, netting validation, wire tracking, and exception escalation. Drive risk controls, process improvements, global stakeholder management, and team leadership to meet SLAs and resiliency objectives.

Lead global custody product development across corporate actions, income, tax, settlements, SWIFT, and corporate governance. Partner with Product, Operations, Technology, clients, and senior stakeholders to analyze market and regulatory changes, develop commercially viable solutions, close product gaps, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver roadmap initiatives using Agile and Waterfall methods. Establish asset servicing subject matter expertise and business analysis capabilities while overseeing governance, reporting, and change execution.

Lead marketing analysis and research projects end-to-end to produce strategic, evidence-based insights. Design studies, collect and triangulate data, run qualitative and quantitative analyses, and present clear, executive-ready recommendations to inform marketing strategy, ABM, benchmarking, industry intelligence, and primary survey analysis.

Design and develop employee learning solutions by researching content, applying instructional design and adult learning principles, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders, building eLearning and multimedia assets with authoring tools, managing multiple projects, ensuring quality and accessibility, and contributing to process improvement and technology adoption.

Validate subcustodian invoices against fee schedules, maintain invoicing tools and trackers, communicate with internal teams and custodians, identify control gaps, lead Myriad billing tool implementation, act as SME and manager backup, handle complex markets, and support team workload and projects.
