Process mutual fund account transactions, including purchases, redemptions, maintenance, and new account setup. Review work for accuracy, meet productivity and quality targets, research and resolve complex issues, and communicate with advisors, shareholders, and clients. Collaborate virtually with internal and external teams, maintain industry knowledge, and escalate concerns as needed. Senior representatives may review work, coach colleagues, and recommend procedural improvements.

The MIS Analyst creates daily, weekly, and monthly metric reports; supports process improvement, risk reduction, and cost-saving initiatives; analyzes business information; recommends solutions; provides customer support; documents processes; resolves moderately complex issues; and participates in project requirements, design, testing, and post-implementation support.

Processes mutual fund transactions while providing customer-focused support and proactive solutions. Evaluates complex issues, recommends resolutions, exercises judgment within established procedures, and may suggest process improvements. Guides less experienced team members and may provide team leadership. Requires a high school diploma and four years of related experience.
