Manage portfolio reconciliations, month-end shadow accounting (NAV, trial balance, tax lots), non-trading activity processing, asset servicing, and break resolution. Communicate results to clients and stakeholders, document workflows and maintain artefacts, and work varied shifts as required.

Leads accounting, reconciliation, NAV review, valuation, reporting, and audit support for hedge funds, private equity funds, and alternative investment portfolios. Reviews junior team deliverables, resolves reconciliation breaks, manages client and auditor communications, handles complex financial instruments, and ensures compliance with controls and service-level agreements. Mentors team members, allocates work, performs quality checks, and supports process improvements and automation initiatives.

Provide mutual funds transaction processing with a customer-focused approach. Resolve and evaluate issues, recommend solutions, guide junior team members, and may perform team lead duties. Requires self-initiative, resourcefulness, and advanced functional knowledge.
