Own a portfolio of high-value US enterprise accounts to drive retention, renewals, and expansion. Serve as a trusted advisor to security and compliance leaders, lead multi-framework GRC transformation programs, monitor account health, run strategic reviews, and codify playbooks while mentoring other CSMs. Collaborate with product and delivery teams to align outcomes to customer goals.

Own Sprinto’s AI browser extensions and AI features from problem definition through customer POCs, launch, adoption, and ongoing quality improvement. The role requires hands-on customer discovery, cross-functional collaboration with CX, Sales, and Marketing, and ownership of AI feature accuracy, reliability, and business outcomes. The Product Manager will operate autonomously as the business owner for an AI product stream in a fully remote B2B SaaS environment.

Manage a US customer portfolio, build relationships, drive product adoption, quantify ROI, and connect Sprinto's compliance platform to business outcomes. Lead QBRs, renewals, expansions, advocacy initiatives, and customer communications while articulating value to technical and executive stakeholders. Track retention and expansion outcomes, use AI tools to improve productivity, and mentor new team members.
