Lead Sprinto's global strategic alliances and channel partnership efforts to drive 25% of company revenue. Build and scale partner programs, recruit MSPs/MSSPs/GSIs/consulting partners, negotiate contracts, design joint GTM and sales programs, manage partner lifecycle and performance, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor teams, and implement CRM-based reporting and dashboards.

As a Lead SDET, you will lead automation efforts, influence quality metrics, improve testing processes, and mentor junior engineers. Responsibilities include designing automation frameworks and enhancing CI/CD pipelines.

Lead and scale the mid-market customer success motion for Sprinto: design onboarding, health scoring, QBRs, renewal-risk tracking and expansion playbooks. Own adoption, retention, and NRR outcomes, manage complex stakeholders across security, compliance, engineering, finance and procurement, and mentor other CSMs to raise team standards.
