Track framework revisions, translate changes into playbooks, and drive customer outcomes toward successful authorizations and certifications.

Lead day-to-day GRC program delivery for standard-framework services (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI DSS). Run multiple client engagements, maintain and evolve templates and control-mapping libraries, define pricing and commercial outcomes, build AI-assisted playbooks and QA guardrails, and ensure audit readiness and quality metrics.

Lead delivery of DPIAs, ROPA build-outs, privacy program assessments, cross-border transfer reviews, and privacy notices. Serve as Sprinto's internal privacy authority on GDPR, DPDP, EU AI Act and US state laws. Build reusable DPIA/ROPA/AI-governance templates, define service packaging and pricing, partner with Sales/CS, and create AI-assisted privacy playbooks with human validation. Provide advisory support on regulator inquiries and ensure clear legal disclaimers.

Lead and scale the mid-market customer success motion for Sprinto: design onboarding, health scoring, QBRs, renewal-risk tracking and expansion playbooks. Own adoption, retention, and NRR outcomes, manage complex stakeholders across security, compliance, engineering, finance and procurement, and mentor other CSMs to raise team standards.
