The Technical Account Manager owns customer onboarding, engages with senior stakeholders, drives technical adoption, collaborates across teams, monitors customer satisfaction, advocates for customer needs, and ensures continuous improvement in processes.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of North American SMB accounts, owning renewals, forecasting, commercial negotiations, upsells, billing-risk mitigation, and account health. Use CRM workflows, dashboards, templates, and playbooks to prioritize accounts and maintain accurate records. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and audit teams to resolve issues and drive retention. The role requires 2–4 years of account management, customer success, renewals, or sales experience, ideally in SaaS.

Own customer audit journeys from gap assessment and readiness through external audit fieldwork, remediation, findings resolution, and closure. Assess security controls, cloud environments, policies, and evidence; develop risk-based remediation plans; coordinate customers and independent auditors; track requests and risks; and support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits. Improve scalable audit playbooks and workflows while collaborating across technical and executive stakeholders.

Lead technical strategy for complex enterprise deals, engage senior security executives, design solution architectures and POCs, run discovery workshops and demos, address security and regulatory requirements, enable handoffs to implementation and Customer Success, influence product roadmap, and mentor solution engineers.

Supports accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payments, billing, collections, and reconciliations. Assists with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, audits, tax due diligence, and ad hoc financial analysis. The role also contributes to financial operations, cost optimization, cash flow management, and strategic decision-making while collaborating with auditors and internal stakeholders.

Own a portfolio of high-value US enterprise accounts to drive retention, renewals, and expansion. Serve as a trusted advisor to security and compliance leaders, lead multi-framework GRC transformation programs, monitor account health, run strategic reviews, and codify playbooks while mentoring other CSMs. Collaborate with product and delivery teams to align outcomes to customer goals.

As a Lead SDET, you will lead automation efforts, influence quality metrics, improve testing processes, and mentor junior engineers. Responsibilities include designing automation frameworks and enhancing CI/CD pipelines.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-market and enterprise renewals and upsells. Forecast and close renewals, negotiate commercial terms, identify expansion opportunities, resolve payment or billing issues, use CRM/playbooks to prioritize risk and value, and report portfolio health while partnering cross-functionally to keep accounts audit-ready and reduce churn.

The Program Manager will enhance Sprinto's customer journey by managing deployment projects, leading cross-functional initiatives, and improving customer lifecycle processes through data-driven insights and stakeholder management.
