Leads Speedcast’s India operations and regional business development strategy across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Owns country-level P&L, regulatory compliance, team building, market entry, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships with ICTs, telcos, system integrators, and enterprises. Drives complex commercial negotiations, cross-border connectivity opportunities, Starlink relationships, pipeline development, and executive stakeholder engagement while coordinating with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance teams.

Designs, develops, maintains, and supports technical infrastructure spanning networks, hardware, databases, and system software. Evaluates technology products and platforms, designs infrastructure and security architectures, guides configuration and troubleshooting, supports root-cause investigations, and improves support processes and documentation while meeting quality and change-control standards.

Project Engineer serves as the technical lead for customer service deployments, translating requirements into solutions, coordinating engineering and field teams, overseeing implementation, and producing technical documentation such as system diagrams, rack elevations, test plans, and reports. The role supports sales, project execution, customer handoff, and operational teams while ensuring project accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction.
