The Senior Renewal Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets through managing renewals in a designated territory, building customer relationships, mitigating renewal risks, and coordinating with internal teams and channel partners.

Lead design, develop, test and support SAP ABAP solutions, deliver RICEFW objects, integrate SAP with third-party systems, optimize performance, produce technical documentation, mentor junior developers, and help adopt AI/automation in the SAP ecosystem.

Design, develop and maintain test strategies, automation frameworks and system testbeds for Central Management and Reporting products. Create test plans and automated UI/API tests (Java/Selenium/TestNG or Python), maintain test setups, debug failures, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply AI tools to improve functional and non-functional testing.
