Leads technical presales and solution engineering activities for SonicWall cybersecurity products. Responsibilities include customer discovery, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept leadership, partner enablement, technical presentations, product trials, beta testing, and relationship management. The role requires strong cybersecurity product expertise, networking knowledge, communication skills, and experience supporting channel sales. Travel may comprise up to 30% of the role.

Drive sales to existing customers through channel partners by supporting renewals, subscription attachment, cross-selling, pipeline development, forecasting, and account management. Conduct customer and partner outreach, deliver consultative solution presentations, analyze subscription data, resolve escalations, coordinate with regional sales teams, and maintain project documentation. The role also supports sales enablement, customer success, and cross-functional initiatives.

Performs global payroll audits, reporting, processing support, and data validation. Supports India payroll and provides backup coverage for EMEA and APJ payroll activities. Assists with UKG implementation, payroll documentation, employee inquiries, time-off balances, pay statements, and payroll inbox management. Maintains country payroll resources and supports global payroll projects while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely issue resolution.
