Support R&D formulation and application development for institutional and laundry products. Design and run lab experiments, analyze and document data, prepare technical reports, collaborate cross-functionally, manage short-term project priorities, and ensure regulatory and customer alignment.

Plan and manage finished-goods supply and inventory to meet demand while minimizing excess stock. Create and maintain supply plans, raise and track POs, monitor supplier performance, coordinate with operations, logistics and sales, run inventory audits, report KPIs, identify risks and implement mitigations, and continuously improve supply-chain processes to ensure on-time deliveries and optimal inventory levels.

Develop and implement safety SOPs, work permits, and job safety analyses; conduct field audits and equipment safety approvals; train field teams on safe service systems; ensure chemical-handling safety and zero field accidents; perform extensive international travel to support global operations.
