Drive upselling, cross-selling, revenue growth, contract renewals, and negotiations for cleaning and hygiene solutions. Deliver tailored customer solutions in collaboration with internal teams, maintain CRM records, forecast sales, monitor market trends, and report on account performance and satisfaction.

Lead export operations ensuring compliance with Indian customs, maritime and hazardous cargo regulations. Manage order-to-cash lifecycle, EDPMS documentation, coordination with CHAs, freight forwarders, banks and treasury. Support export growth, oversee team and serve as hands-on liaison with statutory authorities.
