The Territory Manager is responsible for business development and key account management in the hospitality and food service sectors, focusing on sales growth, customer relationship management, and strategic market analysis.

Plan and manage finished-goods supply and inventory to meet demand while minimizing excess stock. Create and maintain supply plans, raise and track POs, monitor supplier performance, coordinate with operations, logistics and sales, run inventory audits, report KPIs, identify risks and implement mitigations, and continuously improve supply-chain processes to ensure on-time deliveries and optimal inventory levels.

Manage and grow Hospitality/Food Service accounts within the assigned territory. Drive new account acquisition, achieve sales targets, build key-account relationships, monitor competitors, deliver customer training, update CRM (Salesforce), coordinate internal stakeholders, and report KPI progress monthly.
