The Territory Manager is responsible for business development and key account management in the hospitality and food service sectors, focusing on sales growth, customer relationship management, and strategic market analysis.

Plan and manage finished-goods supply and inventory to meet demand while minimizing excess stock. Create and maintain supply plans, raise and track POs, monitor supplier performance, coordinate with operations, logistics and sales, run inventory audits, report KPIs, identify risks and implement mitigations, and continuously improve supply-chain processes to ensure on-time deliveries and optimal inventory levels.

Manage and grow Hospitality/Food Service accounts within the assigned territory. Drive new account acquisition, achieve sales targets, build key-account relationships, monitor competitors, deliver customer training, update CRM (Salesforce), coordinate internal stakeholders, and report KPI progress monthly.

The Sales Rep I manages assigned accounts, focusing on customer value creation through service and identifying product opportunities to maintain revenue.

The Territory Manager will develop and implement business plans, manage existing accounts, acquire new customers, and lead sales growth in the Prosumer business.

Develop and implement safety SOPs, work permits, and job safety analyses; conduct field audits and equipment safety approvals; train field teams on safe service systems; ensure chemical-handling safety and zero field accidents; perform extensive international travel to support global operations.

Lead R&D projects in product development, design and conduct experiments, collaborate across departments, and ensure compliance with standards.

Lead export operations ensuring compliance with Indian customs, maritime and hazardous cargo regulations. Manage order-to-cash lifecycle, EDPMS documentation, coordination with CHAs, freight forwarders, banks and treasury. Support export growth, oversee team and serve as hands-on liaison with statutory authorities.

The Sr. Scientist/Staff Scientist role involves managing regional raw materials and process engineering excellence, collaborating closely with suppliers and internal teams to support innovation and optimize manufacturing processes.

Develop and maintain senior-level customer relationships across assigned accounts, identify and close new sales opportunities, create demand for products and services, conduct strategy meetings to align customer needs with Solenis solutions, and achieve account revenue targets.
