Build and manage enterprise client relationships while selling complex technology services and infrastructure solutions. Lead RFPs, develop TCO and ROI models, create executive proposals, structure commercial terms, and guide opportunities from initial discussions through multi-year agreements. Collaborate with architects, consultants, delivery teams, and senior technology executives across networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and data center initiatives. Identify account growth opportunities and provide thought leadership on technology transformation.

Supports the architecture and development of scalable digital systems, researches emerging technologies, builds prototypes, evaluates client environments, and recommends technical improvements. Communicates architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders while providing technical oversight to engineering teams. Requires broad software engineering experience, technology leadership, hands-on development across modern stacks, and expertise in CI/CD, TDD, and automated testing.

Owns technical implementation and administration of Qualtrics CX and Voice of Customer programs across multiple organizations. Builds complex surveys, digital intercepts, workflows, dashboards, integrations, and custom applications; manages ETL, relational data governance, consent, QA, and troubleshooting. Partners with CX leadership to expand feedback capabilities and delivers reliable integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Amplitude, and analytics platforms.

Provides Tier 3/Tier 4 escalation support for enterprise on-premises Microsoft infrastructure. Responsibilities include resolving complex incidents across Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Windows environments; administering Hyper-V and virtualization platforms; managing Veeam and Commvault backups; performing patch management; developing PowerShell automation; leading problem management and root-cause analysis; maintaining knowledge articles; supporting clients; and participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Support and enhance Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules: troubleshoot production issues, develop PL/SQL packages, reports and data models, assist integrations, participate in testing, documentation, code reviews, and quarterly updates while collaborating with analysts and senior developers.
