Monitor product and infrastructure health, investigate alerts using Grafana and Zabbix, perform first-level Linux and Windows troubleshooting, follow runbooks, resolve or escalate incidents, and support senior administrators during major incidents. The role includes rotating day and night shifts, independent duty coverage after onboarding, and collaboration with a distributed team.

Develop and optimize marketing reports, monitor product and advertising campaign KPIs, integrate and visualize data, investigate performance deviations, analyze campaigns, and recommend improvements. The role requires strong Google Sheets skills, basic SQL, A/B testing, mathematical statistics, and English proficiency. Python, web analytics, Google Ads, and BI experience are preferred. This is a fully remote position.

Owns a product area end to end, identifying growth opportunities, developing hypotheses, defining requirements, driving cross-functional delivery, and analyzing experiments and product metrics. The role partners with engineering, design, and analytics teams to validate ideas, optimize outcomes, and scale successful solutions in a fast-moving, remote environment.
