Requires strong research, communication, data-management, Excel, organization, and follow-up skills while working across international time zones.

Supports paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn by setting up campaigns, managing budgets and bids, coordinating creative assets, maintaining tracking standards, and preparing performance reports. Analyzes spend, leads, CPL, CTR, and appointment data, maintains dashboards, supports conversion tracking and testing, and flags performance issues. The role is designed for an early-career marketer developing platform expertise and campaign ownership.

Own and improve the global IT governance, risk and compliance framework. Manage IT and cybersecurity risk registers, regulatory control mapping, policies, audit evidence, access governance, third-party risk, operational resilience, BCP/DR, control testing and remediation. Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, auditors and regulators to ensure technology controls are documented, effective, tested and regulator-ready. Produce management reporting and lead initiatives including DORA implementation, IT policy development and audit readiness.
