The Senior Specialist, Accounts Receivable is responsible for invoicing, month-end closing processes, account reconciliation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing inquiries.

The role focuses on invoicing, month-end activities, reconciliation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting.

Provide first‑line IT infrastructure support (hardware, software, network). Diagnose and resolve user issues via phone/email/chat, use incident management, perform level‑1 remote desktop support, escalate complex issues, maintain infrastructure and routine updates, and participate in training.
