Responsibilities include managing field teams and workforce deployment, monitoring delivery routes, SLAs, inventory movement, and operational KPIs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving bottlenecks, improving productivity and customer satisfaction, ensuring SOP and safety compliance, and supporting hiring, onboarding, training, and team development.

Drive business growth by acquiring distributors, modern trade partners, and channel partners. Achieve sales targets, present and promote dairy products, build customer relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback.
