Coordinate software projects, train administrators, students, and faculty, provide end-user support, diagnose and troubleshoot account and network issues, guide customers through resolutions, escalate unresolved problems to development teams, and participate in business meetings.

Visit and promote university/school programs to targeted schools, fairs and prospective students/parents to generate leads. Meet weekly visit, lead conversion and admission targets. Prepare target visit lists, organize promo activities with Marketing, ensure collateral availability, facilitate school/dean/faculty interactions, submit daily reports, and collect competitor feedback.

Support physiotherapy lab operations by assisting faculty and students during practicals, preparing and maintaining equipment, managing inventory and stock, ensuring hygiene and safety compliance, reporting faults, and assisting procurement and record-keeping.
