Lead regional partner sales and co-selling initiatives, generate new business, grow pipeline, and achieve sales quotas. Develop joint go-to-market and capacity plans, coordinate with field sales, solution sales, presales, marketing, and customer outcome teams, and ensure partners deliver successful implementations. Govern executive partner relationships, support demand generation, promote ServiceNow platform value, and strengthen partner capabilities through competencies and certifications.

Serve as the technical face of Platform and AI for solution sales: build POCs and accelerators, design agentic AI applications (multi-agent orchestration, RAG, prompt/context engineering), create reusable components, run discovery workshops and demos, advise on integrations, data pipelines, and security, and collaborate with sales, product, and services to scale regional capabilities.

Leads technical delivery for ServiceNow engagements, including process optimization, solution architecture, workflow configuration, automation, testing, documentation, and customer handover. Acts as a Core Business Workflows domain expert, manages delivery streams, supports presales scoping and estimation, presents technical concepts, and mentors colleagues and partners. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, Agile delivery experience, ServiceNow development expertise, relevant certifications, AI workflow awareness, and up to 30% annual travel.
