Own international supply-side development for an assigned country. Evaluate and qualify manufacturing partners, assess technical capabilities and compliance, model pricing and economics, structure supply agreements, onboard factories, solve production issues, and support regional business development. Build repeatable supply-development playbooks and make feasibility and partnership go/no-go decisions. The role is India-based in Bangalore or Mumbai and requires 30–40% travel to the assigned country.

Lead domestic business development across India by expanding specialty chemical markets, building distributor and end-user partnerships, negotiating contracts and pricing, managing order execution, supporting revenue and P&L growth, and collaborating with production, logistics, and regulatory teams. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits while driving measurable commercial results.

Lead international business development for chemicals across USA, EU, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Build and manage distributor, trader, and end-user relationships; negotiate contracts, pricing, and orders; coordinate with production, logistics, and regulatory teams; represent the company at trade shows and customer visits to drive revenue growth.
