Manages HoReCa key accounts across India and export markets, drives new customer acquisition, revenue, brand growth, and account profitability. Responsibilities include commercial negotiations, product launches, promotional campaigns, sales forecasting, target achievement, and cross-selling. Coordinates distributors, logistics, supply chain, and distribution hubs to maintain inventory, delivery, cold-chain, and service-level performance while controlling costs and improving fulfillment efficiency.

Analyze demand, inventory, procurement, production, logistics and supplier performance to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities. Support demand and supply planning, maintain ERP master data, prepare reports and dashboards, and collaborate across procurement, production, warehouse, logistics, sales and finance to optimize cost and service levels.

Execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories, manage supplier relationships, evaluate market conditions, and deliver value via procurement and continuous improvement. Coordinate with project, maintenance, and operations teams for CAPEX requirements, prepare technical and techno-commercial comparisons, negotiate contracts, manage imports and purchase orders, monitor CAPEX spend and bank guarantees, and maintain cross-functional alignment while using Oracle ERP and reporting tools.
