Designs, develops, and maintains Tableau dashboards and reports; connects multiple data sources; creates calculated fields, parameters, filters, and LOD expressions; optimizes performance and data accuracy; troubleshoots reporting issues; and collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver governed, data-driven insights.

Develop, customize, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules; integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware; troubleshoot and unit-test solutions; gather requirements from stakeholders; collaborate across teams; and maintain technical documentation.
