Responsibilities include preparing designs, creating and checking bills of materials, supporting production trials, reviewing junior designers’ work, maintaining project records, and assisting with team training. The role requires proficiency in mold and product design, strong SolidWorks knowledge, the ability to follow instructions, and the ability to work under pressure.
