Drive post-sale adoption and consumption of Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce by partnering with customers and account teams, creating consumption plans, providing technical architecture guidance, managing executive relationships, and delivering measurable KPIs and enablement to accelerate value realization.

Lead and conduct internal non-HR investigations across JAPAC, advise regional leaders on ethics issues, enhance anti-corruption and related compliance programs, manage outside counsel and e-discovery, deliver training and enablement, perform policy gap analyses, review conflicts and gift submissions, and partner cross-functionally to reduce compliance risk.

Serve as the single point of accountability for Signature Success Plan customers using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Drive value delivery, stakeholder alignment, adoption, incident management, and renewals. Act as Marketing Cloud SME, build executive relationships, advise strategically, monitor technical health, use AI agents for automation and insights, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and expansion.
