Supports daily portfolio implementation for personalized managed accounts, including optimization, trade preparation, compliance checks, cash management, data validation, corporate actions, and exception resolution. Analyzes portfolio and system data, performs root-cause investigations, coordinates with investment and technology teams, documents controls, and translates business issues into enhancement requirements. The role also identifies automation opportunities using SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI, AI, and related technologies.

Supports global third-party overlay portfolios by validating data, monitoring pre- and post-trade compliance, creating trades, resolving discrepancies, tracking cash flows, maintaining performance reporting, and implementing portfolio changes. The role requires collaboration with portfolio managers, compliance, data, reconciliation, performance teams, and external vendors. Responsibilities cover multiple asset classes and derivatives, including futures, forwards, swaps, and options, with reporting and commentary on portfolio outcomes.
