Twelve-month apprenticeship for a graduate software developer supporting full-stack applications and services. Responsibilities include developing and testing C#/.NET applications, Web APIs, databases, user interfaces, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. The apprentice will use Git, Agile, CI/CD practices, unit testing, code reviews, and approved AI-assisted development tools while investigating defects and collaborating with technical and business teams. The role provides guided assignments and progressively increasing ownership.

Elicit, document, diagram, and communicate business requirements for automation processes across global teams. Partner with developers and SDETs to ensure solutions meet specifications, support transitions to business-as-usual operations, and train internal clients. The role requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, documentation, and process analysis skills, with collaboration across offices and time zones.
