Entry-level marketing role supporting creation, formatting, and delivery of marketing collateral and campaign materials. Tasks include content proofreading, asset management, brand compliance, basic design support, and project coordination while learning marketing production processes.

Support sourcing and procurement across assigned categories, run RFx events, evaluate suppliers, assist contract review/negotiations, and manage CLM administration (metadata, workflows, reporting, user support). Coordinate with stakeholders, ensure compliance, maintain contract records, and support process improvements.

Responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining digital communication strategies including web and email campaigns, ensuring quality and user experience.
