Manage government liaison and stakeholder coordination for ECCE program rollout across Maharashtra. Coordinate with state, district, and field officials; secure approvals; oversee project workstreams; support training and workshops; track progress and data; prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, official letters, notes, and briefs; and provide regular updates. The role requires independent leadership, strong communication, government-sector coordination, fluency in Marathi, and knowledge of NEP 2020, Aadharshila, and Navchetana Curriculum.

Leads Rocket Learning’s Maharashtra program management unit, aligning ECCE initiatives with government priorities. Manages relationships with Women and Child Development, ICDS, and district stakeholders; supports policy research, implementation, budgeting, data analysis, documentation, and reporting. Monitors project progress, resolves bottlenecks, coordinates state and district activities, and conducts quarterly field visits to oversee launches and address implementation challenges.

Translate and culturally contextualize English early childhood education curricula into high-quality Bengali for West Bengal and Anganwadi-based implementation. Responsibilities include preserving learning objectives, ensuring accessible language, reviewing accuracy and readability, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and maintaining a standardized ECCE terminology glossary. The consultant will finalize translations and revisions for a 350-page book over a three-month freelance engagement.
