Lead Customer Engagement across India clusters (15+ states, 150+ people), drive commercialization to achieve CHF500M+ target, set KPIs and compliant HCP/HCO engagement, build commercial capabilities, partner with Medical and cross-functional leaders, represent Roche externally and shape affiliate strategy.

Lead state-level brand planning and execution for assigned Roche brands: build annual integrated plans, train cluster marketing teams, liaise with global/regional teams, engage key stakeholders (doctors, accounts, government), ensure compliance, design awareness campaigns, calculate ROI, and support pricing/PAP customization to maximize patient and revenue impact.
