Design and refine US English voices for AI agents handling regulated debt-collection calls. Responsibilities include shaping prosody and compliance delivery, editing voice configurations in a terminal and Git workflow, casting and directing voice actors, cleaning recordings, and developing evidence-based voice quality evaluations. The role requires strong American English judgment, speech recording and editing ability, comfort with TTS tools, and collaboration with enterprise clients.

Audit AI agent call and chat transcripts against quality and compliance standards, identify regressions and edge cases, document actionable engineering issues, and participate in client QA and audit calls. Reconcile internal findings with client audits, explain performance data, and provide recurring quality insights to the Technical Program or Product Manager for release communications and client reviews.
