Leads a global HR systems support team providing Level 1 and Level 2 support across Workday, payroll, UKG, and related HR platforms. Manages staffing, ticket queues, SLAs, incident and problem management, major incident response, knowledge management, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong ITIL expertise, HR systems knowledge, technical troubleshooting, people leadership, and experience delivering 24/7 support across multiple time zones.

Supports maintenance and updates of the e-commerce platform, troubleshoots website issues, implements features, optimizes performance, assists with A/B testing and third-party integrations, monitors analytics, generates reports, applies SEO practices, and maintains technical documentation.

Processes and validates supplier invoices, performs two-way and three-way matching, routes approvals, resolves discrepancies, monitors invoice queues and SLAs, maintains audit-ready records, supports month-end activities, prepares processing reports, and coordinates with suppliers, Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders.
