Own high-value, complex renewals across West India, including public-sector, consortium, tender-led, and channel-mediated accounts. Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, restructurings, and expansions; maintain Salesforce forecasts and MEDDPICC discipline; engage executive stakeholders; convert customer adoption and value evidence into commercial outcomes; mitigate renewal risk; develop competitive positioning; and provide coaching and market feedback. This is a senior individual contributor role without direct reports, requiring up to 50% travel.

Designs and maintains automated testing frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript, Selenium, and Java. Develops Web UI, API, and end-to-end tests; integrates automation into CI/CD pipelines; performs cross-browser and cross-platform testing; investigates defects; collaborates in Agile teams; contributes to quality strategy and metrics; and mentors junior QA engineers.
