Lead and develop a software engineering team building high-volume production systems. Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, and other stakeholders on roadmaps, architecture, delivery, and technical problem-solving. Mentor direct reports, manage hiring and performance, allocate resources, and ensure engineering standards are followed. Contribute technically when needed while fostering innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and effective project execution.

Leads quality engineering and testing initiatives, converting manual tests into automated solutions using modern frameworks. Responsibilities include writing maintainable code, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments, troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, reviewing code, improving reliability and security, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires .NET/C# expertise, automation experience, cloud and containerization knowledge, Agile practices, and strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team to design, build, and deliver resilient, scalable full-stack applications. Serve as primary technical contact, solve complex architectural and coding problems, engage with customers and product owners, and drive technical excellence across microservices, frontend-backend integration, and data storage solutions.
