Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team to design, build, and deliver resilient, scalable full-stack applications. Serve as primary technical contact, solve complex architectural and coding problems, engage with customers and product owners, and drive technical excellence across microservices, frontend-backend integration, and data storage solutions.

Develops and executes automated and performance tests, collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan and coordinate testing, identifies and resolves defects and performance issues, improves test tooling and processes, maintains documentation and reporting, and contributes to continuous QA process improvements.

Perform manual annotation and validation of documents, images, video, and audio for identity verification models. Label document elements, mark tampering/deepfake regions, tag liveness/spoof artifacts, draw bounding boxes and landmarks, apply frame-level video labels, document edge cases, review peer work, and collaborate with ML engineers to improve dataset quality.
