Six-month HR intern supporting talent acquisition, HR operations, policy reviews, employee onboarding, communications, wellness and CSR activities, employee relations, and workplace engagement initiatives. The role coordinates country-level HR programs, facilitates newsletters and events, manages recruitment processes through JDExpert, prepares reports, and helps improve onboarding experiences. Applicants need a bachelor's degree, strong written and verbal communication skills, and at least three months of experience; freshers are welcome.

Manages reinsurance administration operations, including premium and claims processing, accounting, reconciliation, reporting, data quality, and month-end close. Leads process improvement, automation, system configuration, audits, and recurring IT or process projects. Coordinates with insurers, vendors, IT, business analysts, and internal stakeholders to resolve data issues, improve controls, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
