Design and develop assembly processes, jigs, fixtures and gauges for motors, gearboxes and encoders. Collaborate with design for DFA, map manufacturing processes and specify equipment. Support process validation, SPC, PPAP, FMEAs and continuous improvement to achieve >95% first-lot yield. Transition products from prototype to production and partner with operations on implementation and supplier procurement.

Support and improve manufacturing processes for high/medium volume, high-mix production. Implement process sequences, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, train operators, perform OEE and scrap analysis, maintain ISO documentation, and drive lean initiatives (5S, SPC, FMEA) to reduce cycle time, waste, and defects.

Responsible for Quality Assurance of Motors and Gear Boxes, driving quality processes, analyzing complaints, and implementing inspections and audits.
