Manages accounts payable, receivables, collections, customer receipt accounting, vendor reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, expense reimbursements, travel advances, and payment issue resolution. Communicates with overseas customers and internal teams, follows up on overdue balances, prepares statements and dunning letters, analyzes collection performance, and maintains accurate accounting while adhering to internal controls and company policies.

Supports production by implementing and improving manufacturing and assembly processes. Responsibilities include managing shift supervision, troubleshooting production issues, analyzing OEE and scrap, planning manpower and production builds, training operators, maintaining ISO documentation, and applying lean methods such as 5S, standard work, line balancing, SPC, and FMEA. The role also coordinates materials, safety reporting, visual management, and corrective actions across manufacturing, quality, process, stores, and vendor teams.

Responsible for ensuring quality assurance of motors and gear boxes, managing customer quality complaints, implementing quality plans, and training staff on quality systems.
