Processes import and local invoices, vendor advances, employee expense reimbursements, travel advances, third-party and intercompany payments, and duty payment requests. Conducts supplier visits and audits, supports new product development, ensures RoHS, REACH and Conflict Minerals compliance, and coordinates deviation approvals, cost recovery, warranty indicators, and cross-functional quality initiatives.

Supports production by implementing and improving manufacturing and assembly processes. Responsibilities include managing shift supervision, troubleshooting production issues, analyzing OEE and scrap, planning manpower and production builds, training operators, maintaining ISO documentation, and applying lean methods such as 5S, standard work, line balancing, SPC, and FMEA. The role also coordinates materials, safety reporting, visual management, and corrective actions across manufacturing, quality, process, stores, and vendor teams.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable and collections for the West Chester region, handling customer communications, reconciliations, intercompany balances, and AR transactions. Resolve payment and export/banking compliance issues via cross-functional coordination, produce dashboard reporting, and minimize overdue risk to prevent bad debt.
