Operate and improve large-scale Redis Enterprise clusters in Azure. Responsibilities include production incident management, distributed-systems troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, on-call support, automation development, observability enhancement, and collaboration with R&D and Product teams. The role builds scalable tooling, data workflows, and AI-assisted systems for anomaly detection, incident analysis, reporting, and automated troubleshooting.

The Account Executive will own a territory and drive enterprise revenue for Redis Enterprise. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, building and qualifying pipeline, managing customer relationships, closing business, exceeding quotas, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role requires consultative B2B technology sales experience, enterprise selling expertise, strong communication skills, and a proven record of achieving targets.

Owns day-to-day NetSuite administration and continuous improvement for finance systems. Responsibilities include configuring financial workflows, roles, permissions, forms, reports, dashboards, integrations, and data controls; supporting implementations; managing release and testing processes; improving automation; maintaining audit readiness; and training users. The role partners closely with Finance, Procurement, People, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
