Provides technology consulting and hands-on engineering for enterprise middleware, OpenShift, Kafka, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions. Designs and develops JEE applications, data pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and distributed systems; troubleshoots production issues and participates in 24/7 on-call support. Advises customers during workshops, proofs of concept, deployments, and transformation engagements while coaching team members and supporting presales and post-sales activities.

Provides strategic technical guidance and troubleshooting support to enterprise Red Hat customers using OpenStack and related cloud platforms. Responsibilities include technical reviews, case management, customer engagement planning, upgrades, issue prevention, platform adoption, solution alignment, and collaboration with field and engineering teams. The role serves as a trusted technical advisor, advocates for customers, contributes to solution patterns and internal knowledge sharing, and travels to customers and industry events as needed.
