Lead a team of Sales Specialists to drive market growth for Red Hat's OpenShift Portfolio in India, focusing on business development and cross-functional collaboration.

Participate in a 12-month cohort program to learn and apply Red Hat technologies; support on-site delivery, implementation, and adoption of Red Hat solutions; assist senior services team members, engage with customers on projects, complete training and certifications, and contribute to enterprise solution architecture and sales support.

Manage and grow assigned state government accounts in India to meet revenue quotas. Develop account strategies, lead customer engagements, drive upsell/cross-sell/renewals, negotiate contracts, collaborate with partners and internal teams, maintain CRM records, provide forecasts, and travel across states as needed.
