Teams at Red Hat

Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts in India by developing account strategies, driving retention, renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and coordinating solution architects, specialists, partners, and Customer Success teams. The role involves selling complex Red Hat IT solutions, cultivating executive relationships, aligning hybrid cloud offerings to customer needs, and demonstrating business value through ROI and TCO cases, particularly within the financial services industry.

Provides strategic technical guidance, hands-on support, and architectural advice to Red Hat customers. Identifies technical risks, resolves complex infrastructure issues, conducts technical and account reviews, and collaborates with engineering and product teams on escalations. Maintains expertise in Red Hat products, mentors junior staff, develops best practices, and supports customer success, retention, and optimization of Red Hat environments.

Provides strategic technical guidance, hands-on support, troubleshooting, and architectural advice to Red Hat customers using OpenShift. The role identifies technical risks, resolves complex issues, conducts account and technical reviews, collaborates with engineering and product teams, mentors colleagues, develops best practices, and supports customer success and retention. Travel to customer sites and events may be required.
