Lead finance oversight for reach52 India: approve payments, manage statutory compliance and audits, produce budgets and management reporting, oversee intercompany and ERP migrations, and coach the Finance Assistant.

Provide executive support to the CEO including calendar and meeting management, preparing briefings and presentations, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing board and investor engagements, supporting business development and external communications, tracking action items, and handling sensitive information. Act as an extension of the CEO to drive execution across commercial, operations, finance, HR, sales and marketing.

Lead cross-functional commercial initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. Drive business development, portfolio strategy, MIS reporting, performance scorecards, budgeting/forecasting, ROI analysis, and process/CRM optimisation. Provide analytics, develop insights, and prepare business cases for senior leadership while executing strategic priorities and improvement plans.
