Provide executive support to the CEO including calendar and meeting management, preparing briefings and presentations, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing board and investor engagements, supporting business development and external communications, tracking action items, and handling sensitive information. Act as an extension of the CEO to drive execution across commercial, operations, finance, HR, sales and marketing.

Conduct therapy-focused market research and build market intelligence packs: market sizing, segmentation, policy, pricing, competitive landscape, channel mapping, and country profiles. Collect and clean public data, run primary research (interviews, surveys), standardize templates and visual frameworks, synthesize insights for business development and market access, and support ad-hoc strategic projects.

Lead cross-functional commercial initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. Drive business development, portfolio strategy, MIS reporting, performance scorecards, budgeting/forecasting, ROI analysis, and process/CRM optimisation. Provide analytics, develop insights, and prepare business cases for senior leadership while executing strategic priorities and improvement plans.
