Lead and manage complex air quality dispersion modeling and environmental impact assessment projects using AERMOD/CALPUFF. Provide technical QA/QC, emission inventory analysis, regulatory liaison, permit support, client engagement, and mentoring of junior staff. Contribute to proposals, integrate local teams with global practice, and lead special initiatives to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery and regulatory compliance.
