Provide Level 1 and Level 2 global IT support for macOS and Windows endpoints, manage device lifecycle and MDM, support identity and access (SSO/MFA), administer workplace SaaS and ITSM platforms, assist with endpoint security and compliance, onboard/offboard users, document procedures, and collaborate with security and cross-functional teams to improve operational processes.

Support design, deployment, and maintenance of multiregion, multicloud infrastructure on GCP. Build and operate Kubernetes clusters, GitOps deployments with ArgoCD, GitLab CI pipelines, Terraform automation, monitoring, on-call incident response, and documentation to improve reliability and developer productivity for ML and data-intensive workloads.

Maintain and improve on-premises MLOps infrastructure: deploy, monitor, and optimize ML models; troubleshoot Linux/Docker/Kubernetes stacks; build CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring tools; productionize research artifacts; enforce testing and engineering standards; collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to scale ML systems.
