Provide technical leadership across solution design, technology selection, implementation, optimization, deployment, and production support; mentor distributed teams and translate business needs into scalable, secure data solutions.

Responsible for developing and maintaining chatbot applications, collaborating with business partners on requirements, and enhancing chatbot capabilities using AI/NLP technologies.

Design, develop, and deploy Tableau dashboards and BI solutions. Build and automate ETL/data pipelines, transform and model data for warehousing, publish to Tableau Server, and collaborate with stakeholders. Provide technical architecture, documentation, and lead teams on multiple large Agile projects while mentoring engineers and ensuring data quality and performance.
